What We Offer
The Welcome Center Südlicher Oberrhein is excited to invite you to this in-person, free collaborative event with the organization Adis e.V. The workshop will be led by Adis e.V., a recognized leader in professional anti-discrimination work in the Reutlingen/Tübingen region and a specialist in discrimination issues across Baden-Württemberg.
Managing diversity is becoming increasingly common for businesses. Yet, many people still face discrimination in their daily work lives. Often, there is a lack of appropriate channels to share these experiences or effectively address the harm and disadvantages caused. Companies, however, have a responsibility to protect against discrimination and promote an open, respectful corporate culture. When businesses succeed in listening to employees who have experienced discrimination and integrating their perspectives into solutions, it strengthens the team, fosters sustainable solutions, and enhances long-term employee retention.
